Manufacturing & engineering
Less paperwork between the order and the delivery.
Orders, stock, job cards and invoices often pass through spreadsheets and paper. We make them flow by themselves.
Where money often goes
- Orders re-typed from email into the system
- Stock tracked in spreadsheets as well as the main system

What a free savings check covers
For manufacturing and engineering businesses we look at how orders, stock, job cards, suppliers and invoices move through the business. We check for orders typed in from emails, stock kept in spreadsheets alongside the main system, and older systems on expensive support contracts.
Common questions
Can orders from emails go straight into our system?
Often, yes, at least in part. Orders that arrive in a regular format can usually be read and entered automatically, with a person checking anything unusual.
We rely on an old system. Do we have to replace it?
Not necessarily. Sometimes the cheaper answer is to keep it and connect it to other tools. We only suggest replacing it if that costs less overall.
Why do we have stock in spreadsheets as well as our system?
Usually because the system doesn’t quite fit how you work. We look at why, and whether it can be fixed so there’s one place to check.
